Both. The bench handles long stroke and large bore cylinders off material handlers and deck equipment as well as standard truck crane cylinders. Big bores take longer and cost more, and we quote them individually after measuring.
Our yard crane is down with a load staged. How fast can you get to Westwego?
Same day for most calls, faster if you tell us work is stopped. The Huey P. Long puts us on Sala Avenue in about twenty minutes from the shop.
Do you make hydraulic hoses for older equipment with odd fittings?
Usually yes. The service truck crimps standard hose, and the shop sources adapters for the older and oddball fittings marine equipment loves. Bring the failed assembly if the machine can spare it and we will match it.
What is a fair price to reseal a big outrigger cylinder?
Standard truck outriggers run $800 to $1,500 rebuilt. Oversized marine and handler cylinders price by bore, stroke, and seal kit cost, so we measure first. Either way you get the number in writing before we open it.
