Get people clear
If a load is suspended or a boom is drifting, clear the area under it first. Nothing about the repair matters more than this.

Do not run the pump dry
If oil is on the ground, the reservoir may be empty. Running the PTO with a dry reservoir turns a hose bill into a pump bill.

Note what you saw
Did it drift, slam, whine, or just quit? Which function died first? Thirty seconds of symptoms on the phone saves thirty minutes of diagnosis on site.

Find the hose tag if a line blew
Hose size and pressure rating are printed on the lay line. Reading it to us means the service truck arrives with the right stock the first time.

What counts as an emergency call?
A truck that cannot finish its job or get safe: a boom stuck up, a load that cannot set down, an outrigger that will not retract, a hose dumping oil on a live jobsite. If work is stopped, it is an emergency and we dispatch on that basis.
What does emergency service cost?
The call out is $250 to $450 depending on distance and hour, and it puts a service truck with hose stock, fluid, and a tech on your site. The repair itself is priced off the same published cost guide as scheduled work. Emergencies pay for speed, not inflated repairs.
What can you actually fix in the field at night?
Hoses, fittings, holding valves, many cylinder swaps, electrical over hydraulic faults, and enough diagnosis to get a stuck boom safely down. What cannot be fixed at 2am gets made safe at 2am and benched in the morning, with the truth told at the job site.
How fast can you reach a truck in the metro?
